A life connected with agriculture and education
I am Dr. Panchu Gopal Biswas, an agricultural economist, teacher, researcher and author. My professional life has been closely associated with agriculture, rural development and quantitative methods.
A major part of my career was spent at G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. I later worked as a consultant with the International Rice Research Institute in the Philippines and taught Agricultural Economics at Jimma University in Ethiopia.
